December 7 - National Cotton Candy Day

I must be the only person in the world who doesn't like cotton candy. In theory, it sounds like the perfect treat. Pure sugar, fluffy, pretty, PINK, and only about 100 calories for a typical one-ounce cone. But for some reason, it just doesn't do it for me.

I thought about trying to make some at home, but quickly disposed of that notion. For much braver souls than I, I present you with this link. Let me know how it turns out.
