February 16 - Paczki Day

 

Paczki Day! 

I think I found the only bakery in the Denver area that sells paczki! Check out Royal Bakery in Arvada, CO (Yelp reviews). Yum, yum, yum! The paczki are filled with rosehip jelly and come either glazed or with powdered sugar.

While I was there, I also decided to try their home made sausage and pierogies. Ah....heavenly! It was like being back in Chicago for an evening.
