January 8 - National English Toffee Day
Man oh man - since I saw what day it was this morning at work, I've been craving toffee ever since. When I got home from work, I found this recipe, and now I am (im)patiently waiting for the toffee to cool so I can eat it.
Is English Toffee really from England? Or is it an American invention? Decide for yourself.
